We offer FREE shipping on all items to UK and Ireland!
Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving payment (Except Holidays)
Most items will be posted out the same day if payment is received before 11am.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For delivery for small items, and Parcelforce 48 for larger items. This will mean a signature will be required on delivery of item(s).
Please ensure all good are checked thoroughly before signing for delivery. Refunds/Exchanges are not possible for goods that have been damaged in transit. The words unexamined or unchecked on the delivery note are not acceptable. We will not be held responsible for the refund of goods damaged in transit if they have been signed for as in good condition
Returns Information
On removal of the part from the car we stamp each part to identify it is our own, removal of these marks will invalidate a return.
If you are not happy with your item, please return in the original packaging and with all our stamped marks intact within 14 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement. Including the initial postage and packaging charges.
If you have ordered a part that has been supplied correctly as listed, however you no longer want the part, you can return to us within 14 days, however postage cannot be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will occur.
Terms
All new parts will come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty they supply
All used parts (Excluding Performance Parts) will come with a 30-day warranty.
All parts listed will be for a RHD vehicle unless otherwise specified
Any engine purchased must be fitted with a new Timing Belt/Chain as per manufacturer’s recommendation. A new water pump is recommended and all engines must be filled with new oil upon installation. Failure to follow this procedure will invalidate guarantee/warranty
Warranty will be void if any part supplied is tampered with in any way i.e. seal broken, taken apart, misfitted, our markings removed etc.
Parts guarantee will cover parts cost only. It does not cover any labour charges from any fault arising from the fitting of the part. We will not cover any labour charges, so it is your responsibility to ensure the part supplied is correct prior to fitting.
